All performances will begin at 8pm and will be led by the Southend Band. The first concert will be held in Chelmsford on Thursday 8 December at the Parish Church of the Ascension with All Saints, Maltese Road and will feature the Church of Ascension Choir. A second concert will be held in Southend-on-Sea on Wednesday 14 December at the Crowstone St. George URC and will feature the Southend Boys and Girls Choir. The final third concert will feature the Basildon Choral Society and will be held in St Martin of Tours Church Basildon on Thursday 15 December.
Janis Osborne, Managing Director at Rickard Luckin said: “We are delighted to once again hold our annual Christmas carol concerts. They are always a firm favourite amongst our team who enjoy not only the carol singing but sharing some mulled wine and mince pies with those who attend.
“We are always amazed by the support we receive both on the evening of the concerts and preceding each event, with the support we receive from local businesses through their sponsorship. We hope that the local communities will turn out and take part in these wonderful events which raise funds for our nominated charities.”
Rickard Luckin are looking forward to continued support this year at their concerts which they have organised for many years and have raised more than £7,000 over the past three years alone for worthy charities.
